2. Registration, Eligibility and Account Verification

• Not be registered in an active self-exclusion program;

4. Withdrawals — Processing, Timeframes, and Restrictions

• The account must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process;

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Rules

Bet54 offers promotions and bonuses subject to specific terms. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the individual rules of that offer, which take precedence over the general provisions of this section in the event of any conflict.

• Available exclusively to new registrations that have not yet made any deposit;
• Amount: 100% of the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00;
• Minimum deposit to activate: R$ 20.00 via Pix, boleto, or card;
• The bonus is credited automatically within 5 minutes of your first deposit;
• Choose between a sports bonus (5x rollover, minimum odds 1.80) or a casino bonus (30x rollover) — the choice is made at registration and cannot be changed;
• 30-day rollover deadline from the date of credit;
• Bonus balance not met within the deadline is automatically cancelled.

Bet54 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold related winnings in cases of: multiple registrations per CPF, providing false information during registration, systematic hedging, coordinated use of multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse), or any behavior indicating dishonest use of promotions.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at bet54 covers Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and many other domestic and international leagues. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are settled based on the official result published by the competition's governing body (CBF for Brazilian competitions);
• Settlement occurs automatically once the result is confirmed — on average within 30 minutes of the end of the match;
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before settlement — bet54 will notify the affected user by email.

• Games postponed before kick-off: bets are cancelled and the amount returned to the wallet;
• Matches interrupted after kick-off: if less than 80% of regulation time was played, bets are cancelled and stakes are refunded;
• If 80% or more of regulation time was played, bets may be settled based on the partial result, in accordance with the specific rules of the market.

Live bets are available during match broadcasts. bet54 reserves the right to temporarily suspend live markets during key moments (goals, red cards, penalties) to update odds. Bets confirmed before a suspension are valid at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.

7. Live Casino and Games Rules

In crash games, the bet is placed before each round begins. The user must cash out manually before the multiplier crashes — otherwise, the bet is lost. 8. Prohibited Conduct and Account Closure

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bet54 and may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure, balance withholding, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or identity details;
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC verification;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Match-fixing or participation in match-fixing schemes;
• Systematic bonus abuse through hedging or coordination across multiple accounts;
• Any attempt to use the platform as a vehicle for money laundering;
• Intimidation, threats, or harassment of support staff or other users;
• Exploiting obvious technical errors on the platform without immediately notifying support.

If an account is closed due to prohibited conduct, the remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the prohibited conduct is not confirmed after investigation, the balance is returned to the user. bet54 cooperates with Brazilian authorities in investigations related to illegal activity.

9. Responsible Gambling and User Protection
